Blue Key Interactive (BKI) would like to announce that it has merged with Barta Media Group (BMG), a digital and traditional marketing company also located in Duluth, Georgia. BKI will be acting as a subsidiary of BMG, and Macrae Cain, Blue Key’s founder, will stay on as chief operating officer and partner of BMG. Melissa Martin of Blue Key has also been promoted to chief sales officer and partner of BMG.
Together with Jason Barta, BMG’s founder, the three plan to build BMG into a corporation with the goal of acquiring and overseeing additional brands that compliment the company’s digital marketing expertise.
By working under one roof, BKI and BMG will be able to share resources to build on each other’s successes and provide even better service to our clients. BMG is currently working on rebranding itself so that it can more suitably take on its role as a parent company.
We are very excited to be taking this big step forward and can’t wait for what lies ahead.
